We do need local business serving local community, not all taken over by the big companies all around. In last 10 years they have helped me to buy 2 properties, provide me with 6 set of tenants (I do manage them though) and sold one of my flats as well. I have never had any issue or any reasonable request refused. I am not sure what are people’s expectations, but all the business must follow standard rules here in UK.
